- Detailed assessment of your present situation and/or issue, incorporating all relative influences, concerns, fears, obstacles and other factors.
- Clarifying exactly what your goals are, and what outcome you most hope for.
- Formulating a direct, workable, and appropriate path to realizing your goals, complete with Timeline and Action List.
By Telephone or Skype: $120 + GST
Follow-up Sessions are 60 minutes and include:
- Examination of what has been achieved to date, and making any necessary adjustments/enhancements to your Action List and Timeline.
- Investigation of recent improvements /obstacles to achieving your chosen goal, and determining solutions as required.
- Introduction of new goals to be reached concurrently, or once your initial goal has been successfully achieved.
